Honestly, I reckon Jonny, being the Director, ought to be the one handling the staff dealings. Lucy kept making me go over the same things again and again, which felt like blatant age discrimination. Jonny, who says he's the director, told me he’d escalate the issue, but really, if he’s in charge, he should be sorting it himself - which he clearly hasn’t done. Before him, another bloke whose name I never caught (but someone mentioned a Harry was in the meeting) said something else, but that doesn’t make sense since Harry’s supposedly still off sick and not in the office.
