this woman was practically yelling at me over the phone about ppi, then when i said it was all sorted, she started banging on about a re-investigation and kept firing questions at me. i told her i was at work and couldn’t really chat, but she said she wouldn’t take much time and still went on. had to hang up eventually. hate cutting people off who are just doing their job, but she was way too persistent. now got the number blocked.
