I've received a second call from a chap named Niel using two different numbers within the span of just 40 minutes. He claims to be representing Virgin, but when I requested that he verify my name, he stated that it was against their policy to divulge that information! Quite cheeky, really, and then he just hung up. The other number is 00491782257985. Just a word of caution for others!
