I got a call from a lady with an accent I couldn't quite place, maybe Afro-Caribbean, who asked for Hanna Walker. That’s not me - I’m male, and my number’s been mine for over 20 years. She said a patient had my number listed somehow? I don’t have any female relatives involved with mental health stuff, especially not around Manchester. Feels like someone’s trying to fish info, or perhaps it’s just some sloppy data management.

Phillip and Chloe Preston just kept lying through their teeth. Then they tried to pretend the person involved never worked for them, which honestly is worrying if someone’s out there pretending to be part of their team when they’re not. They totally ignored calls and emails, flat out refusing to deal with the situation. All they had to do was apologise, but instead they acted childish. This mess and all the fuss on Facebook is completely their own doing. If only they’d been a bit more professional instead of acting like dodgy dealers.

They gossip about clients behind their backs, which is just not on. Cloe Preston was absolutely useless, and Dr Phil seemed like a total idiot who acted inappropriately.
