Got a call and all I could hear was someone breathing heavily, but there was no actual talking or anything. Pretty odd.

Got a call at 1.45pm today from someone asking for the person who owns the house. It was one of those typical Asian guys going on about old boilers - “Is your boiler older than 6 years?” or something like that. I told him it’s none of his business and I don’t do any surveys over the phone. Total SCAM.
