Just got a call from some sort of call centre. I picked up and there was a bit of silence before a lady came on saying she was from BT. She asked how I was, but never used my name once, which felt a bit off. I've heard this sort of spiel before, so I told her straight up, "You're not from BT, just leave and find another person to scam." Then she ended the call right away.
