I’m waiting for a window from Elite Windows, a proper company, but lately I’ve been getting calls from a number that looks almost the same and a woman was trying to sell me windows. She didn’t say anything about the window I actually ordered though. These calls showed up as spam on my phone, so I decided to ring the official Elite Windows number just to check if they’d been trying to reach me. They told me they only call from their legit number about orders, and said to just ignore any calls marked as spam.

This number has called me a couple of times over the past week but never left a voicemail. After reading some of the comments here, I realised it’s from Elite Windows. I remember having a guy come by for a quote about a year ago, and after that, they kept calling me quite a bit which I found a bit annoying. I’m a bit shocked they’ve started ringing again now, so I’ve decided to block the number. Some people really don't get the hint, do they!

I had a really bad experience with Elite Windows. They just wouldnt accept a simple no and kept pushing. To make things worse, one of their staff was quite rude and acted like it was fine to talk down to me when I was in my own house. Properly annoying and not how they should be dealing with people.

Since November 2019, I’ve gotten about 11 calls from this number, but every time they just hang up straight away. Even after blocking them, I still get a ring from time to time, maybe once or twice a month. If you get a call from this number, just don’t pick up - hang up and block it!
