Got a call from someone claiming to be with a law company, saying I’d been sold a dodgy mortgage. The bloke used my name and mentioned an old address where I used to rent a few years back, saying the mortgage on that place was mis-sold. Think they must have got my info from the electoral register or something. It was definitely a scam, so I just ended the call. Obviously they had no clue I didn’t even have a mortgage on that place and were just guessing.

I got a call from 01619743534 and the person on the line spoke directly to my wife, using her first name which was a bit creepy. They said we tried to arrange a mortgage just before Christmas, which we definitely never did. When my wife tried to hand the phone over to me, the caller hung up straight away.

Got a call from Quanta Law about possibly having some money back on my mortgage. I was nice to the person, but they kept pushing a bit too much. After reading all the reviews here, I’ll be blocking the number for sure.
