They only had patchy info, probably picked up from either my garage or someone who works with insurance claims. I did some digging and found the actual company is called 'N R Auto Legal Services Ltd.', based on Stanhope Street in Manchester, postcode M19 3WQ. The listed directors are MR MOHAMMED TAUQUEER ASHRAF - living at 302 Errwood Road, Manchester, M19 1DX - and MR NEVAZISH MIRZA of 220a Wellington Road North, Manchester, SK4 2QN. Both seem to have a history of being involved with multiple 'claims investigation' companies. They hang up if you question them and don’t answer incoming calls. After that, they start pestering you. This isn’t legit at all - they get info in dodgy ways. Please don’t share any personal info with them. I did report them to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards but honestly, I’m not holding my breath for any action. Best advice I can give is just don’t answer or say anything at all. They go by the name Auto Legal Services and supposedly operate out of Manchester. Funny thing is, they never pick up the number they’re registered under - 0161 224 4200 - so you can’t even complain directly to them.
