Ugh, what a right pain! These persistent calls have escalated from mere annoyance to all-out harassment. Despite me clearly stating that I wanted them to stop, they’ve taken it upon themselves to ring me incessantly - I’ve lost count, but I reckon it’s hit double figures today alone, both on my mobile and home phone. I’ve gone ahead and flagged this mess to the Citizens Advice and Trading Standards, but I’ve got a sinking feeling that my efforts might be in vain. Honestly, I’d just advise you to hang up and keep quiet! The culprits are going by the name of Auto Legal Services from Manchester, and it’s quite rich that they can’t even be bothered to respond to their own office line, 0161 224 4200. I doubt a complaint would even make a ripple - they seem too wrapped up in their own shenanigans. Thankfully, my mobile keeps a tidy record of all incoming calls, so I’ve got a solid log of their antics should it come to that!
