Picked up and said "Hello," then nothing but silence for a few seconds before they just hung up. Seems like number 161966 is linked to CFL Communications Ltd, probably one of those call centres. I’m reporting this to the Information Commissioner since it’s clearly annoying and feels like harassment. Guess the TPS isn’t doing much good here!
