Got a call from a guy with an Asian accent claiming he was Jacob from Microsoft. I just hung up, didn’t bother to carry on.

Got a bloke ringing me up saying he was with Virgin Media, telling me my internet needed sorting out. I asked him to prove he was really from Virgin, and he said he was from their customer service. Told him to give me the name on the account to prove it. He hesitated for a moment, then just hung up. Pretty sloppy if you ask me.
