A chap rang me up, purporting to be from Virgin Media. He mentioned my internet was in need of some sort of fixing. When I pressed him to prove he was indeed from Virgin, he insisted he was with customer services. I then queried him about the name tied to my account. After a rather awkward silence, he abruptly hung up. Honestly, it was rather pathetic if you ask me.
