2 yearsSomeone rang me claiming to be from Sky's tech support, saying there was a problem with my internet. When I mentioned I hadn’t noticed any issues, they said loads of other people had called in and my connection would probably get slower soon. I asked for my account info to check but, unsurprisingly, they refused and said they couldn’t give out confidential details. I told the caller they sounded like a scammer, and although the lady with a thick foreign accent insisted she wasn’t, she just hung up on me immediately.
