Got a call from a guy claiming to be with BT - sounded like he was of Asian descent. He said I’d been picked out as one of 60 lucky BT users to receive a 45% discount on my bill, with an extra 15% on top. The weird part was, he already knew my address but then asked for my date of birth to 'confirm' my identity. I told him he should have that info and didn’t want to share it, and he just hung up on me. He also mentioned a letter would come through as proof. Not sure I’m buying it...
