Got a call off some lady saying she was from BT, but the number started with 0161 which BT never use. They hardly ever ring you out of the blue anyway. I told her straight up she wasn't from BT but asked her to go on anyway. She insisted she was from BT, then just hung up on me. Sounds like one of those dodgy internet scams - I've had a few calls like this before.

Got a call that went straight to answerphone. Could hear some sort of background noise that sounded like a call centre for a moment, then it just ended. They didn’t leave any message or anything.
