Today, I got a call from someone named Rose claiming to be from BT. She kept insisting I needed to link up my devices, but I stood my ground and didn’t give in. After I hung up, they kept ringing me over and over throughout the afternoon. It’s really upsetting for someone older like me, especially since trying to actually get hold of BT directly feels totally impossible.

I picked up but the person on the other end just stayed silent, didn’t say a word...

Got a call at 10:36am but they’d already disconnected by the time the answerphone asked for their name and number. If they don’t say who they are next time, I’m just gonna block the number.
