What baffles me is why these individuals aren't facing any consequences. Surely there's grounds for "creating a disturbance." Once they're caught, they should be slapped with hefty fines to send a message to the rest. Surely there's a solicitor out there who'd be keen to champion this cause. It might just put them in the spotlight!
