A chap with an Indian lilt called, saying he was from O2. I played along for a bit, stretching out the conversation, but then he decided to hang up on me. Quite amusing, really!

A chap with an Indian accent rang me up, claiming to be from O2 and insisting that I was a valued customer eligible for some sort of exclusive promotion. The trouble is, I’m not actually with O2 at all! It’s got all the hallmarks of a scam, if you ask me.
