From Companies House, it turns out it’s basically a one-man outfit run by a 77-year-old guy, with an official address at an accountant’s office nearby. Their latest accounts show they’re roughly even financially, owing and owed just under £10k. So you’ve got a Manchester number, a Staffordshire company, a Spanish domain registration, and an elderly gentleman running what looks like a barely afloat insolvency firm. This all feels a bit dodgy to me. I can’t help but suspect it's some sort of scam from Spain, using an old chap as the front and a random local accountant’s address as the registered office.
