A chap named Neil, who had quite a pronounced Indian accent and spoke in a rather broken manner, was claiming to represent a technical support team, insisting he could prevent annoying downloads from infiltrating my computer. I explained that I wasn't at my machine and that it wasn't an appropriate time for a chat, after which I politely ended the call. To my surprise, Neil decided to ring me back, asserting that we must have been disconnected. I calmly explained, “No, I hung up as it simply wasn’t a good time for me.” He then had the audacity to call me a daft person before abruptly terminating the call!
