I got a call from this company claiming they’d look into my PPI for me. They asked me to fill out and sign a form to get things moving. I did, posted it back to them, but a few weeks later they rang saying they never got the form and promised to send another one - which they never did. Weirdly, I did get a text not long after sending it saying they’d received it, but now I’m really unsure. I’ve heard loads of talk that this company might be dodgy? They say they’re based in Manchester and go by L.F.S. Do any of you know more about them? Cheers.
