Curiosity got the better of me, so I looked them up on Google, and it turns out they specialise in claims for individuals who are dissatisfied with their holiday experiences.

They didn’t identify themselves at all and were looking for someone named John Johnstone. When I informed them they’d dialled the wrong number, they persisted by asking, “Is there anyone called Johnstone there?” I replied in the negative and promptly ended the call.
