Same here, didn’t come from BT - number was blocked straight away but I’m sure they’ll try again tomorrow with a different one. Honestly, who’s handing out these landline numbers to scammers anyway???

Same here, I’m not even with BT but my number got blocked anyway. I'm pretty sure I'll get a call from a different number tomorrow. Seriously, who is handing out these landline numbers to spammers? It’s ridiculous.

Got another dodgy phone call claiming I’ve got an issue with my internet, but I’m not even with BT. It’s so frustrating how these scammers keep harassing people and wasting our time. They always hide their real numbers and show fake ones instead. You can tell they’re from India, too, because you can hear them chatting away in the background. It really feels like the police and governments everywhere should team up and put an end to this for good.

I got a call from 01619453948 saying BT will cut off my internet if I don’t press 1. Complete rubbish, I don’t even use BT. Just told them to jog on and hung up straight away.
