I've just noticed a missed call from this number. What's the reason for that, I wonder?

I received a call from this number earlier today, shortly after I completed a survey at an event. The callers promised me "an exceptionally reduced" spa getaway in one of their hotels, either in Scotland or Cornwall. What a load of nonsense!

Earlier today, we received a call from this number, claiming we've been entered into a competition for a holiday in Austria. Does anyone happen to know if this is actually legitimate? We're quite sceptical, to be honest, and we don’t remember participating in any kind of survey or anything like that. Could this be one of those dodgy scams?

The number 01619412200 is linked to G E Capital financial consultants, and they seem to have an annoying habit of ringing me around six or even ten times a day! What’s particularly frustrating is that they don’t leave any messages. The only way we figure out who’s been calling us is to ring them back. Honestly, it’s a right nuisance!

Earlier today, we received a trio of missed calls from this number, leaving us in the dark about who was trying to reach us. Out of sheer curiosity, we decided to ring them back to uncover their identity. It turns out, they were in touch because I had submitted a form at an event we attended in Bristol. When we said yes, a woman promptly mentioned that she’d have someone get in touch with us. The gentleman who rang back claimed we had won something, but frankly, we’re still scratching our heads as to what that could possibly be!

Mick was spot on about that. It’s quite curious that the number flashing up when they give you a bell is 0161 942 4683, yet the actual call seems to come from 0161 941 2200.
