Got a call from 0161 939 0075 earlier today. Some bloke named 'Michael' was trying to convince me he could sort out my debts. I told him straight away to take me off their calling list, but he just kept going on. I had to cut him off and say I don't owe anything, then he just dropped the call. I just got a call from some daft woman saying my credit’s rubbish. Whether that’s true or not doesn’t even matter. If I needed help, I’d ring up Step Change or whoever’s legit, not some random I’ve never heard of ringing my private number that I pay for. Had a call from a lady with a South African accent who seemed to know my name. She began chattering about some unsecured loan linked to me, which is nonsense as I don’t have anything like that. I ended the call pretty quick. Moments later, she rang me back, all annoyed and going on about why I’d cut her off, saying what if it was something important and what would I do then. So I just hung up on her again.

Was a very rude woman on the end, speaking with a thick accent, barely made out what she wanted. Got a call from someone claiming to be with "Advise Solutions" talking about a debt I supposedly owe. Thing is, I don’t have any debts at all. I've had calls from this number where the person claimed to be from TalkTalk, or a Windows technician fixing issues they supposedly found on my PC, or even doing some kind of survey. I kept getting these silent calls where nobody said a word, very strange. Then one call came from someone with such a thick accent I couldn’t work out where they were ringing from. They were trying to get me to sign up for some boiler insurance or something, but I told them no and just ended the call. We got a new boiler about a year back and also cancelled our HomeServe policy around then, so maybe they have a list of people who dropped their boiler cover? The calls came through to my mobile, so I’ve just put the number on block now.
