I received a call from a chap with a rather thick accent, and he definitely had the whiff of a scam artist about him. It seemed he was phoning in from a call centre, introducing himself as "Michael from BT" and rambling on about some so-called suspicious activity linked to our internet. Quite dodgy if you ask me!

Got a call from someone saying they were "Michael" from BT, claiming there was dodgy stuff happening on my internet. When I said he should talk to my actual provider, the line just went dead with a busy signal. Pretty sure it wasn’t the real Michael or BT at all... 🤨
