They asked for a name I didn’t really catch but it definitely wasn’t anyone I know. I told them there’s no-one here by that name and they said sorry and promised to take our number off their list - we’ll wait and see. They never said who they were.

I’m so over these calls. They rang me again today but hung up before I could answer. I called them back and gave them a right earful. They promised to remove my name from their list, but then had the nerve to ask for my address to stop sending mail. I didn’t give it and told them exactly where to shove their letters. Also mentioned that I was recording the call. I’ve got no debts at all and told them to stop bothering me for good.

From what others say, these seem to be debt collectors. It’s the second time I’ve got a call from a debt collector on my ex-directory number that’s on the TPS list. I’ve owned this number for almost 6 years and don’t owe anything. They never bother to leave a voicemail, so I reckon it’s probably some kind of scam.

Robinson Way Collections Agency. They ring up only if 1) you owe cash to someone and they’re chasing that debt. 2) You’re already paying a monthly amount and they want to do their yearly review to check how much you can pay. I’m the second case. I definitely messed up with debts when I was younger, but nowadays I’m sorting it out bit by bit.

Got a call from this number and they wanted me to answer some security questions before chatting. I turned the tables and asked them a bunch of questions instead, which they couldn’t answer. Then they wanted my current address, so I asked for theirs - not the company address, but their home address. They oddly refused to give it. I told them to send me something in writing and that I’d file a complaint.

Robinson Way is dodgy, they get hold of old debts that legally you don’t have to pay anymore, and then they try to scare and trick people who are vulnerable. It’s pretty nasty how they operate.

Got a really annoying call from this person who rang me four times in just one day. I asked them to send me some proper info about this so-called "debt" I supposedly owe. They refused, saying it was "too late for that". I’m only 17, never had any debts, and don’t even have money to owe anything in the first place. Total scam attempt. What a waste of time. This number keeps ringing me constantly. I put it on block but they still manage to leave voicemails, which are always automated and never say who they are or why they’re calling. I tried calling back in the end, but they asked me to verify my identity first... I’m not really comfortable sharing personal details with an unknown caller! I’d want something in writing before I confirm any information to someone I don’t know!

Got a call on my phone on Friday 10/11/2017, thought it was the garage at first. The person said they were 'Sassie or Cathy' from somewhere called Robinson Way, but I have no clue who they are. This number keeps ringing me but since I haven't a clue who it is, I just ignore it. I did try calling back a few times with another phone, dialling "141" before the number so they wouldn’t see my caller ID. Every time they pick up, they don’t say who they are, which I think is pretty poor, just "a representative will be with you shortly". It’s the same reply every time I call. We’re signed up to the TPS register, so they’re really not meant to be bothering us in the first place!
