I received a rather unsettling call this evening at 18:19. The caller inquired whether I recalled being involved in an accident that I hadn’t caused. After I politely informed them that the matter had already been resolved, I heard some rather offensive language being hurled at me as I was disconnecting the call. Who are these individuals, and how on earth do they have the audacity to contact members of the public whilst dishing out such atrocious abuse over the phone? It's utterly ridiculous!
