Some bloke said he was Jack from BT, gave some ID like BT5650 or summat. He never brought up Vodafone at all. He asked me to punch in all sorts of stuff on my laptop to prove it was really him. Then he started threatening to cut off my internet if I didn’t cooperate and refused to understand I just wasn’t convinced. After I hung up, he phoned back three times and started getting proper nasty.
