I had a rather pleasant encounter with a charming lady named Lynne from DG Office Supplies during a meeting. She collected our firm's invoices and assured us of some savings on our stationery purchases. However, we were bombarded with requests for yet another appointment and received multiple emails afterward. Although we eventually received a quotation, the relentless follow-ups prompted us to look for alternatives. It’s clear that this company thrives on a high-pressure sales tactic - just far too aggressive for our liking!

Can anyone shed some light on someone named Keith from this place? We were thrilled to receive a quote of £1.39 for a ream of paper, but then we ended up being charged £3.69 instead! It honestly feels like we’ve been had. What a bunch of charlatans!

Absolutely, we were drawn to this company by a salesman who had always been incredibly trustworthy. After he brought in our contact from the stationery business, things took a turn for the worse. Not long after acquiring her company, DGOS let him go and tried to poach all her clients! It took me quite a while to catch on to what was actually going on, unfortunately. Conversing with the Managing Director, Mr Darren Carr, felt like navigating through a web of deceitful sales pitches. You could easily tell that he was adept in the art of selling, but we felt it was all just a ruse. It’s entirely up to you whether you choose to engage with them, but we hope our experiences are taken into consideration.

Absolutely! We ended up choosing this company after being seriously impressed by a dedicated salesperson who had just taken over our stationery business. Shortly after the acquisition, DGOS let her go and then tried their utmost to poach her entire client base! It took us a bit of time to realise what was happening, but we were fed a load of nonsense by their Managing Director, a chap named Darren Carr. You could practically smell the sleazy sales pitch wafting off him! Clearly, he has his roots in sales. It's your call whether you want to engage with them, but we sincerely hope our feedback is taken on board.
