Earlier today, at precisely 3:24 PM on the 3rd of October 2016, an incoming call came through from this number. Upon answering, I was met with nothing but the disconcerting sound of silence. It seems that this is a common occurrence with their calls... there's absolutely no one on the line. As I’ve marked myself as ex-directory and registered with the Telephone Preference Service, I can't fathom why these persistent calls continue to invade my privacy. I’ve lodged complaints regarding this number in the past, yet the calls refuse to cease. Additionally, I have no acquaintances in the Manchester region-where the area code for 01691 9251900 hails from. It would be greatly appreciated if action could be taken to put an end to these vexatious interruptions once and for all.

Just today, on 3rd October 2016 around 3.24 pm, it happened all over again. I've got my number ex-directory and I'm on the TPS list, so I really don't understand why these calls keep coming through. It's getting really annoying now, and I reckon it's about time something serious is done to shut them down. Please, can someone take the right steps to stop these annoying calls? Cheers!

This number rings me all the time, and whenever I pick up, they just cut off. It’s really frustrating! I’m on the TPS and my number’s ex-directory, so I don’t understand why I keep getting these pest calls from someone in Manchester. It makes no sense at all!

I received a call from this number while I was out and about, but they didn’t bother leaving a message. When I rang them back around 6 in the evening, I was met with an answerphone message stating that their office was shut. Oddly enough, they didn’t identify themselves, which makes me suspicious. It feels like they’re trying to keep their identity under wraps, leading me to suspect they could be some sort of debt collector or just another dodgy spammer trying their luck.
