They've rung me up three times now, and all I get is complete silence, no one saying a word.

Supposedly this is a follow-up survey from British Gas. I’m really pleased with the free loft and cavity wall insulation they provided, even though I don’t even have an account with them. But what really annoys me is that they keep calling me on a voice phone. The people from BG are well aware that I’ve been Deaf since birth and don’t use voice calls - I communicate only through text or email. Why can’t British Gas update their info sheets to fit people like me who don’t use voice phones, as per the Equality Act, instead of just assuming everyone can answer a call? So frustrating!
