This number has called me quite a few times, on both my mobile and my home phone. They say they’re helping with PPI claims and promised to send some forms for us to fill in. Of course, we never got any paperwork through. Just yesterday, my partner answered a call asking if we had received the forms yet. I tried calling the number back myself, but all I got was dead silence.

Lately ive had loads of calls from unknown numbers saying they are from microsoft. They try to get into your computer then they lock it and tell you its cause of a virus. After that they want you to pay to fix it.

Got a call from some payment protection insurance refund people. They said they could get me money back for some insurance on loans I might have had without knowing. When I asked which loan, he mentioned something like Barclayloan but had no other info. Asked where they got my number from, and when I questioned if Barclays gave it to them, he got a bit awkward. The guy was polite enough, but still, not a call I wanted.
