9 yearsI received a voicemail from this number claiming to be from HM Revenue & Customs. After seeing the various warnings online, I decided against returning the call.HM Revenue & Customs9 yearsI received a rather puzzling call from a woman sporting a strong northern accent. It was quite clear she hadn’t a clue who she was supposed to be inquiring about, as she merely requested to speak with the business owner. When I pressed her for more details, she mentioned she had a “bill from the council” intended for me, and then asked if we were affiliated with the NHS. Upon confirming that we were, she promptly stated that the bill didn't concern us and then ended the call. Quite odd, if you ask me!NHS9 yearsI had the misfortune of speaking with Colette, and I must say, her demeanor was downright appalling-rude, confrontational, and simply intolerable. Considering the sheer volume of unsolicited calls we receive at our business, I always endeavour to respond with courtesy and kindness. However, her behaviour was absolutely disgraceful. Not only did she abruptly terminate our call, but she had the nerve to ring me back twice after that. When I politely expressed that we weren't interested in her company’s services, she accused me of being impolite and hung up on me without a second thought. It’s utterly bewildering why such aggressive sales tactics are deemed acceptable. Someone like her really ought to be kept away from public interactions!Colette9 yearsI received a call from someone named Colette, who claimed to be representing the council regarding a billing issue. Curious as to her legitimacy, I inquired whether she was indeed employed by the council. Her response was quite unexpected; she accused me of being impolite and suggested that my employers wouldn’t appreciate my scepticism towards her. I pressed on, wanting clarification about her affiliation with the council, but she refused to engage further, dismissing me with a condescending tone and calling me "lady," before abruptly ending the conversation!Colette9 yearsReceived a call earlier today. The individual claimed to be from the 'council', but when I probed a bit further, she accused me of being impolite for questioning her. She insisted she was with the 'council' but became evasive when I asked for more details. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!Submit Your Own Report (0161 914 5133)
