A woman, sounded south asian, called me saying she worked for some ppi refund place. She mentioned I'd get £1800 back and even said my name and address, along with the name of the company involved (which wasn’t right). Then she asked me to confirm my date of birth over the phone. I said I wasn’t comfy giving that info and she just ended the call straight away. Felt a bit off to me.
