Really pushy and quite impolite, refused to say what they were after.

They kept ringing me like 6 or 7 times daily, totally refusing to accept that there was no previous contract. The guy’s name was Dowie, and he got pretty pushy, insisting we had an old agreement when we clearly didn’t.
