As soon as I hear this weird little sound like “boink!” at the beginning, I know it’s definitely some sort of scam. They went on about how loft insulation is suddenly some sort of hazard! Kept asking if a survey had been done in the last 18 months and wanted details about the house. When I told them they should already have that info since they called my landline, especially if a survey was done, they just ended the call.
