I'm pretty sure this is one of those Lowell debt collection numbers. Seems like they use loads of different landlines linked to this same number, so blocking one doesn't stop them ringing me again and again. It’s really frustrating. They've also sent me texts claiming they need to talk about some personal stuff, but I’m certain I don’t owe anything and I've got no connection to Manchester whatsoever.
