I got about a dozen calls from this number in just five minutes, all because I didn’t answer at first. When I finally did, I told them to stop ringing and they started shouting and using filthy language at me. Really disrespectful!

This guy claimed he was calling from 3 about some special offer. When I asked for more info, he got really rude, telling me to just pop into a shop and check it out myself, insisting it wasn’t a scam. Then, out of nowhere, he just hung up on me.

I told them we don’t entertain cold calls, at which point their manner totally shifted. They insisted they weren’t cold calling, but as soon as I said the call wasn’t asked for,I was spoken over. Before hanging up, they said a letter would be on its way. Sounds dodgy to me. To be honest, I treat all cold calls with suspicion - never trust ‘em.
