someone rang me up using my first name, which was a bit irritating. they claimed to be from the ‘claims department’. when i said i don't take unsolicited calls, they told me off for being rude then ended the call. i've also blocked the number now.

They didn’t say who they were, just let it ring like 2 or 3 times and hung up. I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now.
