Got a call saying I’m being taken to court over mould damage in a rental we supposedly own. Thing is, we own our own home and my missus would lose her mind if there was a single bit of mould in it. Not trying to be rude or anything, but maybe if they swapped those Indian scammers who put on odd English accents and go by names like Steve or Sarah for actual people with those names, their scams might actually work better.

I received a dodgy call from some chap claiming to be from O2, trying to lure me in with a tempting phone contract discount. The thing is, I don't even have an account with O2! This definitely smells like a scam to me. Just keep your wits about you, folks!

The call was rubbish, the connection was terrible with some weird accent that definitely wasn't Manchester. They tried to say I was a "loyal EE customer", which is just wrong as I’m not with them at all. Pretty clear they were fishing for info to scam me out of cash. Totally dodgy. Got a call from someone saying they were O2 and offering a discount. The woman on the line had a really strong accent and the line kept cutting out. They then sent me texts that looked like they were from O2 security and asked me to read the codes back to them so they could supposedly log in. Pretty obvious scam trying to use my phone for SMS verification to hack into an account. Beware!

Bloody spam call! Some person was blabbering about a 40% discount on an O2 phone plan and wanted to know how much I currently pay every month. I told them, “Why offer me 40% off when I don’t pay a penny?” They went all confused like, “Excuse me, you don’t pay anything?” I replied, “Yeah, I’ve got a work phone.” Couldn’t help but chuckle at how daft it was. Proper laugh, that one.
