I received a call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft, asserting that there was some odd activity coming from my computer. Strangely, he knew my last name, but the first name he used - Samantha - isn’t mine at all. It was quite a persuasive conversation, and I must admit, it was refreshing to hear a distinctly British accent for a change. I can only imagine how frustrating this sort of thing must be for others. It's high time that the phone companies took proper measures to tackle this issue. I truly appreciate the help that WHO CALLED ME offers, and I hope they continue to thrive.
