I received a call regarding some housing repair services, but as soon as I mentioned that I wasn’t a tenant, the person on the other end abruptly hung up. Quite peculiar, really!

This number rang me claiming to be from some sort of Housing department, but I couldn't really catch the full name. They were talking about landlords in my area not doing repairs properly and threatening legal action. Problem is, I'm not even a tenant. Told them their info was completely wrong and got called out for being rude. Ended the call then and there.
