Someone rang saying they were from BT and wanted to speak to whoever’s in charge of the internet at my place. They didn’t know my name or any of my details, even though I’m a BT customer. When I asked for some proof or account info, they just cut the call. Honestly, it was so amateur it was more of a joke than a real scam.
