I received a call from an Indian call centre, and they were attempting to offload an iPhone 14 at an unbelievably low price. It immediately raised my suspicions, as it seemed too good to be true. The chap on the other end had a rather dubious tone, which only bolstered my belief that the whole operation was a scam. When I turned down his pitch, his attitude took a turn for the worse, and he became quite abrasive.

The voice was crackling and fading all over the place, sounded like one of those call centre calls. Then all of a sudden they just ended the call on me.

This number called me earlier offering an iPhone. I kindly declined with a “No thank you.” Then they switched to offering a sim-only deal, and once again I said “No thank you.” They kept pushing the same offers, and I kept politely saying no. Eventually, the caller snapped and told me to “Get lost White ####.” Quite rude!
