They told me there was a £30 call out charge plus parts for fixing my loo, but I cancelled before the plumber arrived. The bloke on the phone was really pushy and insisted I had to pay a £30 cancellation fee. Proper rude guy, honestly awful. I gave them my email to send the bill but never got it. Now this number has rang me twice demanding the payment. The fix has only held up for about 2 months!! Seriously, steer clear of these lot! When I ring them back, it’s like 8 minutes on hold and then they just hang up on you.
