some woman with an indian accent called me, said her name was jacqueline and she "worked" for some national phone nuisance group or something. she told me im a victim of theirs. her english was really bad, hard to understand at times. i told her sure yeah, im a victim and then quickly hung up. 100% looked like a scam, so i just blocked the number.

Got a call from a lady with a foreign accent, saying “they” know about all the annoying calls I’ve been getting and promised they’d end tomorrow. Then she claimed my phone bill is paid up since I use monthly direct debit, but asked me to confirm my bank card info for her records. Needless to say, I hung up.
