Got a call from someone saying they were with BT, saying there was an issue with my router because their engineers were working nearby. They wanted to check my setup. I told them I work in security and then they just ended the call. The guy had an Asian accent and you could hear loads of background noise like a call centre. Totally a scam, no doubt about it.
