PPI FIRM - EXTREMELY DISCOURTEOUS TELEPHONE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - I received an unsolicited call from them, and their attitude was unbelievable. They went on to berate me, claiming that I had wasted their valuable time and resources simply because I chose not to follow through with a claim. Absolutely shocking behaviour!
