Had a call today about some sort of car financing refund. The bloke mentioned the right number plate from a car I once had. I told him to ring me back in five minutes since I was tied up. When he called again, I answered but stayed quiet. Then I overheard him mumbling to someone, saying he’s got this bloke and he’s surely made the sale. I ended up repeating his words back and let him know exactly what I thought of that!
