Received a call from someone claiming to be a "representative of Google", clearly trying to peddle some sort of service. We politely mentioned that we weren't interested, yet the chap kept on going, even dragging in the recent floods in Cumbria to suggest we might benefit from their offer. Absolutely outrageous. I couldn't quite grasp what she was on about, as I'm nowhere near the affected regions, which I explained to her in a very courteous manner. Her response? "We wouldn't take you on anyway," before abruptly hanging up. Utterly rude and inappropriate behaviour. I’ve tried ringing back to lodge a complaint, but the line, "x201," is always engaged.

Absolutely infuriating! The moment we inquired about their identity, they promptly hung up. I can't return the call since it leads to an extension that’s perpetually engaged. What a nuisance!
